By using Call2Text you will be able torecord and transcribe all the calls you make, both domestic and international. This will allow you to pay full attention to the call, without taking notes.

In addition, at the end of the call, a document will be generated that you can distribute – among the rest of the work team, for example –, without having to subsequently transcribe all the notes you have been taking during the call.

How Call2Text works is very simple. You just need to download the app to your mobile device – available on both iOS and Android – register your phone number and you’re done! You can now make domestic and international calls, record them and transcribe them.

The price of the call will be the one indicated by the app and you will not have any additional charges for it. But keep in mind that to access the local node for traditional telephony calls, that call is made with your mobile operator and you have to have a national flat rate for it (if not, your carrier may charge you for that call for its standard price). If you make the call with your Internet call option (Wi-Fi / 3G / 4G…) the call does not leave by your operator, so there are no additional costs possible.

When you make calls abroad, the price of the call will be the one indicated by the app and you will not have any additional charges for it. But keep in mind that to access the local node for traditional telephony calls, that call is made with your mobile operator and you have to have a national flat rate for it (if not, your carrier may charge you for that call for its standard price). If you are outside your country and want to call any other destination, you will not be able to apply any roaming fee because in order to make international calls you will need to be connected to a Wi-Fi network.

It all depends on what type of fare you have hired with your mobile operator. With a flat rate for domestic calls you will have higher quality in the calls you make with Call2Text, as you will be calling through our local nodes.

If you do not have hired a flat rate with your mobile operator, you can configure the Call2Text application to make calls through the Internet connection, whether it is Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G. The better the internet connection is, the better the quality of the call.

The first time you download the app, we give you €1 instant credit which will expire 15 days later. The balance of your top-ups, on the other hand, will take 6 months to expire.

If you top up your balance through the web call2text.com, you’ll get more balance than if you do it from mobile app stores. This is due to the lower commissions applied.
